Tonights Panthers event saw Avalanche totally destroy the opposition. As the final table approached, Grant Smith smashed Five Hats member Shannon Hart's pocket 10's with a nice set of 6's.
Next to leave was GWG's Jason Scales in 7th.
The last hope for Five Hats was James Mann, and he managed to fold his way into 3rd position, but when it came time to play, he was found lacking and went out to leave both Avalanche players Grant Smith and Jenny Cowie to fight it out for 1st.
After a torrid battle, Jenny Cowie came out on top to take 1st and Grant Smith 2nd.
WELL DONE TEAM!!

It's good to see that good players are consistently making the top table at least nowadays. I swear since the poker teams were formed people have more drive to win APL events than they did before. Congrats to the Five Hat ballers, they had to go to a playboy mansion to photograph hot nude women anyway.
