Sunday night at Panthers saw a couple of the OPC members travel to Bathurst to try and learn how to play poker. Unfortunately, they only managed a 3rd and 8th placing, as TCW's Nicholas Eviston carved them up for a spectacular 2nd place. Jenny Cowie finished in 10th, Derek Owen in 15th and Doug Hess in 16th.
Better luck next time OPC!

Thats a great effort from the young OPC players. Considering the big field and all the TCW team there and the OPC to have only 2 members present and they can come 3rd and 8th.This is an OPC victory in my eyes. OPC 1 TCW 0. Hope to see u guys on thursday
i agree with joe, we send down our 2 youngest members and they make their second final table of the day against the small army you have formed, TCW better look out if we ever send down our full squad
Are you f**king kidding us, the OPC is 100 times the team of TCW. A 3rd and 8th from AceWolf demonstrates just how good the OPC is,anyone who has ever had the privelage to play with or even just watch the AceWolf in action knows just how talentated and deadly the pair can be, just ask our very own Tourtament Director Craigie, a man amazed at the skill of the two on Sunday afternoon. (Fro too.)
